• Contact form: your name, email address, company name (optional), the service you are interested in and your message.
• Newsletter: your email address, the date you subscribed and the date you confirmed your subscription.
• Email engagement: when you receive our newsletters, our email provider may record whether an email was delivered, opened or clicked, so we can improve our content and keep our list healthy.
• Technical data: our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver and secure the website.
• WhatsApp: if you contact us on WhatsApp, your phone number and messages are handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.

• To respond to your enquiries and provide quotes and services.
• To send you our newsletter, but only after you have confirmed your subscription (double opt-in).

We share personal data only with service providers that help us run our business, under agreements that require them to protect it:

• Brevo (email delivery and newsletter list management).
• Vercel (website hosting).
• ImprovMX (forwarding of emails sent to our addresses).

Some of these providers process data outside Nigeria. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards they provide for international transfers. We may also disclose data when required by law.

• Enquiries: up to 2 years after our last contact with you.
• Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. After that we keep only your email address on a suppression list so that we never email you again by mistake.
• Client and financial records: as long as required by law.

Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics or similar tools in the future, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.

You have the right to ask for a copy of your personal data, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, to withdraw consent at any time, and to receive your data in a portable format. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls on the services we use. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.

Our services are not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
